" How adding it to your lifestyle can inspire you and make you more happier.

How do you perceive gratitude?

I asked this question to my peers and received such beautiful answers:

Gratitude is- “Being kind to self and others while living your best without complaining” “Considering, remembering and being thankful for whatever we have within us and among us” “Focusing on the goodness present in our life, instead of fantasizing about materialistic things to show it off among people on social networks”

Their thoughts reminded me of a book by Mark Manson, that has a saying-  the nature of our problems in life determines the quality of our lives. Such a wonderful line it is, our problems are a reflection of our thought, and how we perceive problems makes us adoptive to it. We must count the blessings in our life for what we already have rather than emphasizing more on how it should be or what we lack.

When you seek out for things in life, being grateful for what you have today, brings a multitude of blessings. Having the right attitude keeps us healthy and gives a positive life because we probably don’t want to get tangled up in the ropes of needs and greed. Gratitude is said as a memory of heart. If we learn to channelize all negativity into positivity we experience things and excel in life

You are entirely up to you

Our happiness has become dependent on living a luxurious life- we envy those ladies having a happening life; wearing bikinis and nice dresses, partying, owning a big house, and spending lavishly.  We never noticed or tried to look deep into their struggles and challenges, that’s because we just desire that life so bad that makes us forget our true self and reality. Planning for the future is great but it does messes up with our inner peace.

As we move ahead in our lives we face challenges and sometimes get stuck in a certain situation that doesn’t have any escape, but to be more specific, that’s where we lay seeds of a new beginning with new motives and charisma by overcoming the stress, anxiety, and fears of being accepted by society.

It’s a gift ……

Have you heard that song, by Alessia Cara?

It goes as ‘but there’s a hope that’s waiting for you in the dark, you should know you’re beautiful just the way you are, and you don’t have to change a thing, the world could change its heart, no scars to your beautiful, we’re stars and we’re beautiful’.

There is a diversity in beautiful and courageous women, That represents the alluring beauty of sunrise and sunsets from different locations of the world. Women in all ethnic backgrounds have divergent mindsets, attitudes, cultures, traditions, and ethnicity.

BE HAPPY

But what I want to tell you is that there are notable ethnic differences in self-esteem, eating attitude, and body image of every woman but why most of them find it hard in self-appreciation? They get uncomfortable in their skin and get burdened of societal norms which is a major reason of confidence gap.

Now let’s do a little gratitude practice, imagine losing things that you take for granted such as your home, ability of five senses, ability to walk and talk. Now imagine getting all these back one-by-one, feels comfortable right?

We should find happiness in little things, things that people do for us, and enjoy every day of being healthy and beautiful

Gratitude boosts self-esteem and strengthens self-love. Think of how far you have come, what things you have accomplished, and discovered and things that are yet to be finished. Think of your desires, dreams, priority, values, and ask these questions to yourself and note it down in a Gratitude Journal, trust me. It will make you feel confident of your differences. Because I love mine.

As you wake up every morning repeat these in your head: I’m beautiful, I’m pretty, I love myself, I’m awesome and I’m going to stay fit and happy for my whole life.
