Water Does The Body Good!
How water effects your body
Good hydration can avoid a long list of health issues from digestion (on the inside) to your skin (on the outside).  Being dehydrated can affect your energy levels, your mood, your muscles, just about everything.   Water helps boost your metabolism and clear the waste from your body it also suppresses your appetite. Drinking lots of water helps eliminate bloating which add inches to your waist. Â
Our Body Need Hydration
I have an Easter Lilly plant and sometimes I forget to water it.  I can always tell when my plant needs water, her leaves droop and her soil is very dry.  But, as soon as I water her within minutes, I can see her leaves start to spruce up and turn a vibrant green. Â
So basically, we are a human version of a plant and we need water to thrive.  Although, I love to drink water sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow me to take in the recommended amount of at least 64 ounces a day and I can truly feel the difference in my body when I am not fueled with water. If you want to feel better and eat less hydration is the key.

Drinking water for weight loss
Research indicates that drinking water helps burn calories that can lead to weight loss. Drinking plenty of water is necessary to burn off fat from drinks and food as well as fat that is stored in your body. If you truly want the water you drink daily to help you lose weight, you should follow the 8x8 recommendation: Â
Drink eight, eight ounce glasses of water per day for weight loss and to maintain a healthy ideal weight. Also, to lose weight use water to replace liquid drinks high in calories such as coffee, sodas, and fruit juices.
Here are a few tips I use myself to stay hydrated, they will be especilly helpful if you don't like drinking water.
 1. Infuse your water with fresh fruit.  I use fresh lemons and limes in my water daily.  Sometimes I just a little fancy and will add some fresh mint.Â
 2. Challenge yourself, turn it into a game and challenge yourself to drink a certain amount by a certain time of the day.  My largest intake is in the morning because you lose hydration when you are asleep, so when I take my vitamins in the morning, I consume a lot of water.
Â
 3. Invest in a nice water bottle. I have a huge red water bottle that I purchase from QuiFit.  It breaks down the amount of water you need to consume every two hours.
4. And finally stay consistent.  Consistency is to key to any healthy lifestyle change.
