     Breakfast is the perfect morning delight which acts as a booster to your day; yet not enjoyed by the kids (most of them!). “I don’t love having breakfast! It's not my pick! I'm not gonna eat it!” Every mom hears these arguments daily in the morning, and yes, most of the kids came out of their rooms with excuses of avoiding breakfast. 

   Breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day. But, unfortunately most of us are skipping it daily. Have you ever figured out why are you missing such an important meal? I asked myself a few weeks back when I realized that it’s not healthy to skip nutritious breakfast.

 I figured out that as a student, it may be difficult to quit eating in the evening. So what’s the solution? Here is a tip; the ideal practice is to avoid eating anything for three hours before sleep. Resultantly you would feel hungry in the morning. It works for me. Trust me; it will work for you too. Now I feel hungry by the morning and have developed a habit of enjoying delicious breakfast daily in the morning. Now I feel like if I did not have a nice breakfast, I wouldn't be able to do my chores.

French Toast

  French toasts in the morning!! What a perfect start of the day it is!!  One can easily enjoy nutrients of eggs, milk, sugar and bread altogether just by having-french toast.

  So why not start a morning with such a healthy nutrient-rich yummy breakfast.  If you have all the calcium, carbohydrates and proteins available in a French Toast, then why not eat it.  So make your morning-a healthier one by preparing French Toast.

   Croissants are the buttery pastries made of layered yeast dough and can be filled with sweet cream and chocolate, Nutella, vegetables, turkey, chicken or cheese (whatever you love).  Seems like your mouth is getting watery.  Mine too!  Croissants are crescent in shape and probably in nature too.

   Rich nutrients from sausage, protein from egg and carbohydrates from bread.  Doesn't it seem like a cmplete package!  Yes, it is.
